How to link another email into existing Plesk 360 account

Licenses are shown in Plesk 360 in case they have been purchased in the Plesk Online Store with the same email address used for login.

In case the license was purchased using a different email, use the option Linked emails to add it:

  1. Login to Login to Plesk 360
  2. Open Linked Emails under 'Licenses' tab
  3. Add email address that was used for license purchase > Verify
  4. Re-login to Plesk 360 or refresh the page
