    How to give customers permission to change the Hosting Type of the domains in Plesk?

    Answer

    The solution may be applied for several subscriptions on the Service plan level or for a single subscription on the subscription level.

    To adjust settings for all the subscriptions under one Service Plan

    1. Log into Plesk.
    2. Go to Service Plans > service_plan_name > switch to the Permissions tab.
    3. Enable the option Hosting settings management:
    4. Press the Update & Sync button to apply changes.

    For a single subscription

    Note: The subscription will become locked after applying the steps below

    1. Log into Plesk.

    2. Go to Subscriptions > example.com.

    3. In the right sidebar find the Account section and click Customize.

      Note: It may be required to open the sidebar if it is collapsed

    4. In the opened window switch to the Permissions tab.

    5. Enable the option Hosting settings management.

    6. Press the Update & Lock button to apply changes.
