How to disable a mailbox

How to disable a mailbox in Plesk?

Will the content of mailbox be removed after disabling?

Answer

1. Log into Plesk

2. Navigate to Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > mail@example.com

3. Uncheck the Mailbox option and click on OK

   

   Note: Disabling a mailbox does not affect (remove) its content.
