How to convert CentOS/AlmaLinux to CloudLinux on a Plesk server?

Answer

Two scenarios are possible:

Plesk server with CentOS/AlmaLinux

(optional - if you already have CentOS/AlmaLinux server with Plesk, proceed to step 2) Install Plesk on a CentOS 7/8 (CentOS Stream is not supported) or AlmaLinux 8 server: How to Install Plesk for Linux.
Convert CentOS/AlmaLinux to CloudLinux as described in the CloudLinux documentation:
- CloudLinux Documentation: Converting existing servers
- Installing on CentOS server with Plesk

Clean CentOS/AlmaLinux server without Plesk

Convert a clean CentOS 7/8 (CentOS Stream is not supported) or AlmaLinux 8 server without Plesk to CloudLinux as described in the CloudLinux documentation:
- CloudLinux Documentation: Converting existing servers
- Installing on CentOS server with Plesk
After the conversion is completed, install Plesk: How to Install Plesk for Linux.
