File Manager or Backup Manager fails for all domains: Directory does not exist or isn’t writable: C:Program Files (x86)PleskPrivateTemp

Symptoms

Cause

Incorrect permissions on C:Program Files (x86)PleskPrivateTemp or the folder is missing.

Resolution

  1. Connect to the server via RDP

  2. Check if the necessary directory exists (paste the line %plesk_dir%PrivateTemp to the address bar of the Windows Explorer)

  3. Restore permissions on the directory to the default values:
