The following limitations are known for Plesk on CloudLinux 8:

The ModSecurity rulesets OWASP (free) and Comodo (free) are available for selection

PHP 7.0 and earlier PHP versions are not available for installation, because the system libraries are not compatible with these PHP versions

Webalizer web-statistics can not be installed using Plesk installer
