Why do you increase the prices?

We are adjusting our prices to ensure that we can continue to invest heavily in product development and grow our partner ecosystem. What is more, we are planning further new solutions to support our journey in becoming the leader in server, web infrastructure, and WordPress automation solutions. Please note that we did not increase our prices for the last three years.

How significant is the price adjustment?

The exact increase depends on the specific product. For most partners, the overall increase is below 10%.

When does the price adjustment come into effect?

Unless specified otherwise, the new pricing is to come into effect on January 1st, 2021.

Which prices are changing?

We are adjusting the pricing on all Plesk license related products. Please find below a list of affected SKUs:

Plesk Web Admin Edition (for dedicated and VPS)
Plesk Web Pro Edition (for dedicated and VPS)
Plesk Web Host Edition (for dedicated and VPS)
Plesk Web Pro Edition with CloudLinux (for dedicated and VPS)
Plesk Web Host Edition with CloudLinux (for dedicated and VPS)
As well as all active legacy licenses (e.g. Plesk 10/11, Confixx, Ensim) *

Are all partners affected by this price adjustment?

Yes, this price adjustment applies to all existing partner agreements.

What do I need to do? Should I expect any disruption to my servers or businesses?

No. There is nothing you need to do and you should not expect any disruption. These changes only affect our billing and invoicing processes, and all changes (if any) will be done on our side. You will not have to change any license keys or otherwise on your servers.

Will the SKUs change?

No, as part of this adjustment exercise, our SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) will remain the same. The existing SKUs will continue being used and we will only adjust their price.

Are you also increasing pricing for your legacy products? (e.g. Plesk 10 and 11)

Yes, we are increasing the price for all active legacy licenses such as Plesk 10/11, Confixx, etc. We have to adjust the prices to cover the increased cost of support and management over the past two decades. Besides, all our customers are encouraged to join our new licensing structure, to ensure that they enjoy access to the latest features and security updates.

Will Plesk make another pricing change in the future?

Plesk, as any other software company, periodically assesses the impact of our pricing to ensure there is a reasonable alignment with the needs of our customers and partners across the globe, as well as with our costs. As a consequence, we may make further price adjustments to be able to deliver our customers with outstanding value and an exceptional product for the price paid.
