Rotated log files are accessible under
%plesk_vhosts%example.comlogs...<logfilename>.zip
and can be extracted/viewed; -
If rotated log files are removed from the log folder, Log Viewer opens fine.
Cause
Bug PPPM-8887.
Resolution
- Log in to the server via RDP.
- Download the archive from the attachment and unpack the file from it.
- Make a backup of
%plesk_dir%adminplibLogBrowserReaderPleskFopen.php
. - Replace
%plesk_dir%adminplibLogBrowserReaderPleskFopen.php
with the unpacked file.
