Unable to install a Symantec SSL certificate Domains > *.example.com > Symantec SSL > click Order due to one of the following errors:
PLESK_ERROR: Something went wrong with your order. Please double check configuration parameters. The parameter ‘domain’ has improper value
PLESK_ERROR: Something went wrong with your order. Please double check configuration parameters. Valid contract not found

Cause
Product issue:

#EXTPLESK-1600 “Ordering a secure site wildcard certificate from Symantec for a wildcard subdomain (for example, “*.example.com”) no longer fails.”

Workaround
If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following

Until fix is available the following workaround can be used:

Contact Licensing and Purchase support to make a refund.

Purchase a wildcard SSL certificate directly from Symantec and install it using instructions from this article.
