Symptoms
- Correct SSL certificate is assigned in Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings, but browser shows incorrect or not trusted certificate for https://example.com
- Domain example.com is set as Default site at Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > 203.0.113.2 > Default site
Cause
When a domain is configured as a Default site for an IP address, the certificate is assigned according to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > 203.0.113.2 > SSL/TLS Certificate
Resolution

Apply one of the following options:

Go to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > 203.0.113.2 > Set Default site to None and assign valid SSL certificate in Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings

Go to Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates > Add and upload the certificate to the main certificate repository. Once the certificate for the affected domain is uploaded into the main certificate repository, go to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > 203.0.113.2 > Select the uploaded certificate as SSL/TLS Certificate
