Plesk shows General error: 1 Can’t create/write to file ‘C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskMySQLData#sql12bc_252_0.MYI’ (Errcode: 28), query was: DESCRIBE `sessions`

Symptoms

• Plesk UI shows the following error:

  ERROR: PleskExceptionDatabase: DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 Can't create/write to file 'C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskMySQLData#sql12bc_252_0.MYI' (Errcode: 28), query was: DESCRIBE sessions
   
  Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: Zend_Exception 
  No entry is registered for key 'translate' (Mysql.php:53)

• No free disk space left on C:

  

Cause

Due to the lack of disk space, MySQL is not able to create temporary files, and, as a result, unable to execute a query.

Resolution

Free the disk space or contact service provider to allocate more.

Note: In the case displayed on the screenshot the disk space is lower than the minimum recommended. For minimal hardware requirements refer to Official Documentation.
