How to notify the customer about that and allow him to decrease the usage?
In case the subscription is already suspended, domain management through Plesk becomes unavailable. The customer should ask the assistance of Plesk Server Admin.
Alternatively, it is possible to configure notification when disk space (traffic) usage reaches specified value when overuse policy is set to Overuse is not allowed or Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed at Service Plans > service_plan_name > Resources.
