Question

How to change outbound mail IP address for Postfix, if the primary IP address is blacklisted and mail is not going out?

How to change the outgoing mail IP address for a domain?

Answer

Log in to Plesk as admin
Go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings, select Send from the specified IP address and the address that was not added to a public blacklist, such as the Spamhaus. If None is selected, outgoing mail will not be sent.
