How to determine the reason why a subscription has been locked for syncing with its Service plan?
The only way to determine why a subscription has been locked is to manually check the difference:
- Log into Plesk
- Check the difference between subscription's Service plan in Service Plans > Example and the subscription's settings in Subscriptions > example.com > Customize.
The ability to check customized subscription option via CLI is not implemented in Plesk yet.
