Plesk password can not be reset using the Username option in Plesk login page > Forgot your password? The email is not delivered to the mailbox.
The following error can be found in the
ERR [panel] Password reset request for email '' (user 'example.com') could not be delivered: there is no recovery mail address
Plesk bug #PPPM-13047, which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
Until the bug will be fixed, apply the following workaround:
Access Plesk login page in a browser
https://<hostname or the server IP address>:8443.
Click on the Forgot your password?:
Select the Email address option and specify the corresponding email address:
- Press the Send button.
