Symptoms

Blank page is shown after clicking on Add Domain, Add Subdomain or Add Subscription

Browser Console (F12) shows the following error:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'hostingSettings' of undefined
at A (AddDomainForm.js:89) -
The limits of the Plesk license have not been reached according to the information shown in Tools & Settings > License Management
Cause
Product issue:
-
#PPPM-13043 "Trying to create a domain when the maximum number of domains allowed by the Plesk license or the reseller plan has already been reached no longer results in a blank screen."

Note: For Plesk Admin Edition licenses, adjust the limits on the creation of Domains / Subdomains by following the steps from this KB article
Note: The following steps will lock the subscription and it will not be longer synced with its Service Plan

Go to Subscriptions > example.com and click Customize:

Switch to the Resources tab > Make sure enough Domains / Subdomains resources are assigned to the Subscription

Click Update & Lock
Note: The following steps will allocate more resources only to the synced Subscriptions

Go to Subscriptions > example.com and click on the service plan name:

Switch to the Resources tab > Make sure enough Domains / Subdomains resources are assigned to the Subscriptions

Click Update & Sync
Note: The following steps will lock the Reseller and it will not be longer synced with its Service Plan

Go to Resellers > Click on the Reseller name > Resources right-sidebar section > Click on Customize:

Switch to the Resources tab > Make sure enough Domains / Subdomains resources are assigned to the Reseller

Click Update & Lock
Note: The following steps will allocate more resources only to the synced Resellers

Go to Service Plans > Switch to Resellers Plans tab > Click on the Service Plan name > Switch to Resources tab > Make sure enough Domains / Subdomains resources are assigned to the Resellers

Click Update & Sync
