Symptoms

Plesk was secured by clicking on Plesk > Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates > + Let’s Encrypt ;

Certificates on IIS FTP bindings were not modified, as can be seen in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager > Sites > <IP Address> > FTP SSL Settings :

There are subscriptions present on IP addresses, as reflected in Plesk > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses :
Cause
This is expected behavior. Plesk does not secure FTP sites on Windows.
Resolution
The functionality to install Lets Encrypt certificate for FTP sites is not implemented in Plesk.

It is possible to apply the certificate to FTP manually:

Navigate to Plesk > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > <IP Address> ;

Select a certificate from the dropdown list in SSL/TLS certificate section:

Click Ok .Â
Warning: the certificate for FTP site will not be auto-renewed, it should be renewed manually
